We offer great deals for first time buyers and have good long standing relationships with our current holiday home owners. We offer an excellent range of new and pre-owned static caravans to suit your specific needs.

Static caravan holiday parks are NOT residential, to purchase a holiday home it is industry policy to have a full residential address where council tax is paid. You will need to produce a recent council tax bill upon purchase.

All our holiday parks are open between 40 and 52 weeks of the year for caravan owners but please check with the park for the exact dates.

Yes, you have the choice of any caravan bases / pitches available at the time of purchase. Pitches become available from time to time so it’s always worth checking what’s available.

Yes, of course. If you have a static caravan with multiple bedrooms your guest can stay over with you and use our park facilities.

We offer value to our residents by aiming to be the lowest cost caravan park site fees across Yorkshire.

No, you are buying a caravan holiday home with the right to occupy the pitch of your choice for as long as you like. You must keep up payments of annual site fees and abide by park rules.

Like owning a car, a caravan holiday home has running costs including electric, gas and insurance.

Yes, depending on the value of your purchase you will need a deposit. One of our sales representatives will break down and quote the full purchase for you.
